Thursday – Animations, Music and lots of games! By Jess and Rhianwen
This morning our activities included: games and ICT work (making the latest top of the charts music) which were both really enjoyable.This afternoon we kicked off with some playful footy then we did more ICT( making animations which would be the next best film in the universe).We are in the best holiday club in the world and definitely recommend it.

Also in the school is Mr Tonge who is redecorating year 3 and 6. There is Mr  Jones who is multi-tasking between the holiday club and tidying up his monstrously messy class room. Mr Blackburn is also organizing the holiday club. There is finaly Jack who is doing ICT work (and sings to himself).
  
 
Rain Rain.. go away!
We’ve been stuck inside this morning, where we first played games with Mr Blackburn in the hall, we played hockey, under and over, skittles and running games. The Red Team won with 50 points with the blues very close with 49 points!
The second session saw us in the GCC creating 2D animations using Revelation natural art or 2Animate. Here are a few examples below, what do you think?

Summer Activity Weeks 2008
The summer activity weeks have begun and we have been lucky with some fantastic weather in the afternoons!
The children have been working hard creating sets and models ready for their animations and we have been impressed by the quality of the work produced so far.Â
 
 
The sports covered so far have been cricket and lacrosse, and again the children have impressed with some great co-operation and skills so far.

The Reception class have just returned from a very interesting visit to Chester Zoo. Here are some of the things they observed about animals.
Co-ordinates
Year 3 Have been looking at co-ordinates withing class, playing games like Billy bug and his quest for grub, and other interactive games.
