Just a quick reminder that we are still offering USB Headsets, for use with our new RosettaStone software, and these are priced at £15. Avaliable from the Office.

Friday 2 October 2009 is Jeans for Genes Day. Pupils are invited to wear jeans (or other trousers) in exchange for a £1.00 donation towards this charity. Please note pupils are to wear their Tithe Barn jumpers/cardigans!

After watching a DVD of the Amazon we decided to write up a few sentences of the events we saw (obviously trying to use the descriptive writing we’ve learnt about in class) and then using Think, pair share and Roving Reporter we looked at and improved each others work. The second group then had a try at using EtherPad online by creating a group and Mr Jones took a few screen shots to show off what they’ve done so far. (remember you can get back to it by entering the unique code after the backslash of the website)
