Tithe Barn Times 18th December 2020
Merry Christmas
As this is the final day of our first term, I wanted to take the time to write to you to thank you for your support to ensure our children’s autumn term has been such a success. From adhering to the new procedures, engaging in home learning and all of your positive feedback, we could not have been so successful without your support.
It has been wonderful to be able to share some of our Christmas celebrations with our children and it was a pleasure to see their faces light up when Father Christmas came to call.
The staff team have all worked tirelessly, embraced new challenges and ensured that the children are at the centre of everything we do. I want to thank them for all of their hard work this term
I hope you have a lovely break and a Merry Christmas. I am sure we are all hoping for a more positive 2021.

Countdown to Christmas
The run up to Christmas is always a magical time in school. The children’s excitement is contagious and it is lovely to hear snippets of Christmas carols and rehearsals for our Christmas celebrations.
We are looking forward to sharing the children’s performances with you via our E-School Platform during the week beginning 21st December. Whilst this Christmas will be very different we are endeavoring to celebrate it and ensure the children enjoy the run up to Christmas at Tithe Barn.
Further details and reminders can be found in this newsletter and the countdown to Christmas flier.
Thank you for your continued support

Welcome Back
The children have all settled quickly back into school and as I walked around school yesterday it was wonderful to see them all highly engaged in their learning. I have also been equally impressed with our Year 3 children and the staff who are engaging with their Google Classroom and Virtual teaching. I am very proud of them all. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents for their support by wearing a mask at drop off and pick up. Again, we are trying our best to ensure that our school remains open during this difficult time. We greatly appreciate all of our families support by following the guidance both in school and outside. We appreciate at times this can be challenging. Thank you for your continued support.
